Covid-19 Healthcare

The Challenge

What will it be like living in a post-pandemic world? What persistent issues has this pandemic brought to light? What lessons have we learned during the pandemic that can be implemented?

Our Answer

Post-Pandemic Administration Policy: A Multimodal Analysis of Racial/Ethnic Disparities in access to Covid-19 Healthcare

Welcome to Post-Pandemic Administration Policy(PPAP)! Many under-developed countries have struggled to bounce back after COVID. PPAP aims to lessen the burden on these countries by identifying and targeting specific demographics in need. This initiative is led by 4 high school students that are participating in the 2022 Yale Young Global Scholars summer program.

We showcase statistics on specific demographics that are scientifically most susceptible to Covid-19 and the types of communities that were admitted to hospitals on an international level (United States and Australia). As we are still recovering from the after-effects of Covid-19, we must be patient and be compassionate towards each other and address real-world issues by collaborative, problem-solving with like-minded peers.
